Response Time
We’re always eager to help our adventurers, but sometimes we need a tad bit of time to sort things out. Allow us about 7 to 10 working days to process your request. If there’s a rush, remember, you can always drop us an email or call directly.
Returns and Cancellations
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery; however, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Please note that factory seconds are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. If an item has already been dispatched and a redirection is requested, an additional freight charge may apply. Should you choose to cancel an order after dispatch, a cancellation fee will also be charged. For any return or cancellation inquiries, please contact our customer service team directly.
Special Order Cancellations
For all special orders, please complete the Spare Parts Request Form. Please note that special order items may require up to 12 weeks for production and must be paid in full prior to manufacturing.
Cancellations of special orders are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%. In certain circumstances, cancellations may not be permitted. All cancellation requests are assessed at the sole discretion of Austrack Campers Spare Parts.
