Freight Details & Payment Methods

Freight For Camper Trailer Tents

Our policy is to ship same day payment received, allowing around 3-5 days for delivery. As the tents are heavy we suggest freighting to your local Toll Freight/NQX Depot, where the tent can be forked straight onto your trailer or vehicle without heavy lifting.

 All freight prices we quote are at cost price including insurance. Our freight prices are guaranteed to be very competitive.

For a quotation to freight either a complete camper package, or tent only please email your suburb and post code to sales@austrackcampers.com. Or alternatively contact us.

 If you wish you may collect from our premises in Hervey Bay ( located 3.5 hours drive north of Brisbane on the Fraser Coast). If you wish you can organize your own freight.

Freight costs to Regional areas are also very competitive. We regularly freight tents to remote areas, and often to mining towns ( for accommodation)

Once your tent has been dispatched we will email you with your consignment note number and NQX/Toll Freight contact details, as well as providing  TRACK and TRACE information so you may trace your tent at any stage.

 Trailers being transported back to the companies main Brisbane depot to be loaded onto a 14 trailer capacity transporter for dispatch to various locations across Australia. We utilize the services of two major trailer transport companies who professionally and safely will deliver your trailer to a designated delivery address.

     Here’s how the tents are freighted. They are dispatched on two pallets with the midge mesh annex walls in a canvas sports bag on the top of the tent box, along with the aluminium ladders also in a zipped canvas bag all taped and strapped together.

 

 

 

 

 

Payment Methods

We accept Most Major Credit Cards, Bank Cheques , Direct Deposit, Bank Transfer, Cash and Money Order.

If you wish to purchase any of our products please contact us and we will forward a tax invoice /quotation to your nominated email address or fax number. The invoice will provide you with all the relevant payment details including our company bank account details for bank transfer.
