Freight Details & Payment Methods

Our policy is to ship same day payment received, allowing 3-5 days for delivery. As the tents are heavy we suggest freighting to your local Toll Freight/NQX Depot, where the tent can be forked onto your trailer or vehicle without heavy lifting.

We can offer a door to door service if required, (someone must be on hand to assist with the lifting). All freight prces we quote are at cost price including insurance. Our freight prices are guaranteed to be very competitive.

For a quotation please email your suburb and post code to sales@austrackcampers.com. If you wish you may collect from our premises in Hervey Bay or organise your own freight.
