Visiting Lucky Bay Campground

The Western part of Australia is where the Lucky Bay Campground is located. It is one of the nicest National Parks you will find. It is within the Cape Le Grand National Park. This location is well known for the white sand along the beach and the clear water. If you are looking for a place where you can spend lots of time swimming this is a perfect camping location.

Be ready for all of the wildlife you will see around here too. Kangaroos are very common and they often go to the beach. They don’t seem to mind the humans there and they don’t bother them. They are just enjoying the area themselves. This is a perfect and rare occasion for you and your family to really get close to nature in a way that you will never forget.

There are plenty of trails around Lucky Bay Campground where you can go exploring. They are well marked to tell you the length of them and even the level of difficulty. This sure makes it much easier for you to be able to decide where you would like to spend your time along those trails.

Go along the coastal bush walks and wait patiently during certain times of the year. That is when you will be able to see the whales as they migrate. It is an amazing view that you will be in awe of. During the rest of the year you may be able to capture a glimpse of them now and then as they come up for air.

The beach offers you a place to rest and to put your toes in the sand. A stroll in the beach by moonlight can be uplifting and even romantic. There are plenty of places to spend time fishing too around the beach area.

There are plenty of open spaces at Lucky Bay Campground where you will be able to pitch a tent or park your caravan or camper trailer. Pitch yourself a rooftop tent and enjoy them from a high perched view few others will get! There are campsites that offer electricity and those that are without it. You get to decide what level of camping you want. Those that offer electricity also have public bathrooms and showers.

Lucky Bay Campground also has some cabins and villas that offer lovely views of the water. They are hidden away in remote areas too so that you can have the peace and quiet you are looking for. The sizes of them vary as do the prices. This can become one of your favorite camping areas from the moment you arrive!
